IAAE is a not-for-profit, education and credentialing organization, focused on building workforce capability in Life Sciences digital manufacturing.
IAAE seeks to credential 10,000 learners globally, and to engage 10 of the top 20 companies in each regulated health industry, by the end of 2035.
Online education – We offer subscriptions to our extensive online library of Life Sciences digital manufacturing content, accessible either through our LMS or yours under license.
Curated programs – We also design and deliver curated programs for both manufacturing operations personnel and digital transformation leaders.
Action-research – We carry out research on behalf of government institutes and centers.
Consultancy – We offer the service of digital maturity benchmarking for industry clients across business process, people, technology, and regulatory aspects.
The IAAE formed a Life Sciences Advisory Board in 2017 and currently has representation from thirteen leading companies including Amgen, BMS, Catalent, GSK, Lilly, MSD, Organon, Roche, Sanofi, Takeda, and ThermoFisher. It was formed to support an ecosystem of like-minded individuals, companies, institutes, and academic partners with a desire to see the industry improve, solving the challenge of workforce development and capability building, too big a challenge for any one entity to solve alone.
