We offer online, self-paced courses and also run learning programs for Life Sciences companies to help with capability building. Our work focuses on personnel who are either seeking to upskill (Professional Development) in Digital Manufacturing, or wanting to enter the workforce (Workforce Development). There are no prerequisites necessary to enjoy any of our courses unless you intend to join a hands-on course at one of our academic partner sites.

The IAAE Life Sciences Advisory Board (LSAB), formed in 2017, is made up of industry professionals from top companies in Pharma/Biopharma, Medical Devices, and other health regulated manufacturers to support an ecosystem of likeminded individuals with a desire to see the industry improve as a whole. Our board members help inform new course content and the overall strategy of IAAE in order to solve a problem (workforce development and capability building) too big for any one company or partner to solve alone.
